Unique is the innovative loyalty and rewards programme established by the Ermes Group in Cyprus. Every time clients shop they collect points, unlock special privileges and enjoy a truly rewarding experience. Unique's membership experience gives full control of customer's personal information, and the ability to manage their preferences.

Integrated ITDC was commissioned to implement the programme's customer-facing mobile app for both Apple/iOS and Google/Android platforms, emphasising user experience, intuitiveness and responsiveness. The app has successfully gone through through user testing and is now publicly available on App Store and Play Store.
